Target Red Debit Card

I have one more reason to love Target Stores these days. Target for a long time had the Red Card, their own credit card. Now they offer the Target Red Debit Card, a card that works just like your checking debit card from your primary checking account at your bank. The incentive for using the Target Debit Card, is just like the Red Card, you get 5% back on all purchases. Wow!

If you are only an occasional target shopper, not such a big deal. If you buy almost everything at Target (like myself) groceries, kids stuff, books, movies, personal care items, medicine cabinet items, cleaning products, that adds up to alot in one year. As a person who is always looking to stretch that dollar, this is awesome!  So after I use whatever coupons I have rounded up, get my total and pay using my Target Debit Card, Target will give me back 5% of my total, right into my checking. No interest, no fees, unless you use the card and you don't have money in your account, but obviously everyone knows they shouldn't do that anyway.

Also if you are an online shopper, the Red Debit Card is nice for you, not only will you get your 5% back you will also get free shipping, everytime. No minimum orders. Like what you hear, I did too. One more great perk for this card and all Target Cards is Target will donate 1% of all your purchases to the qualifing K-12 school of your choice, so your child's school or the local elementary school if you'd like.

I feel this is news worth sharing, everyone can benefit from getting a little cash back. To apply doesn't take more than a few minutes and you start saving the day you are approved. Target's website has the information or go to your local store.
